- The contest each time for the most unique piece of trash always sparks a fierce debate!
Applefest Parking
- Applefest is the biggest weekend of the year in Franklin
- Friday and Saturday we “rent” out the spaces in the church lot, situated just a block and a half from Applefest itself.
- Jesus has paid the price for everyone, including their parking fee!
The EMBER Youth have been busy…. Keeping up with them and catching it all while it’s happening is fun and challenging! They are DOING life together, GROWING in their faith, and SHARING so much about that love and faith as they are participating in so many various forms of ministry with their Youth & Young Adult Ministry TEAM!!
EMBER Youth meetings are full of Fellowship Time with Food & Games, and Discipleship Time with Study & Discussion of the Life of Jesus as he began his ministry, as we watch and Taco ‘Bout The Chosen – Starting with Season 1 and digging into The Word!
Discussion topics covered:
- I Have Called You by Name, Jesus pursuit of our hearts
- Shabbat – Keeping the Sabbath Holy, Celebrating God’s work in our lives
- Jesus Loves the Little Children, how do we treat each other, how do we talk with Jesus, is our trust in Him?
WE are blessed to have so many teens and a leadership TEAM willing to walk together and share life – living like Jesus, IN and OUTSIDE our church walls! You never know who is going to come… it’s an adventure every time!
